ATI was established in September 2004 as a high conviction boutique Australian equities manager. ATI's investment style is premised on a 'relative' value methodology, meaning the investments are generally purchased and held as long as they represent relatively good value.

ATI believes it has an edge over its value peers due to a unique process which places greater emphasis on "near-term earnings". This approach has seen ATI avoid some classic value traps, and has resulted in a five year track record which ranks it among the top value investors in the country.

ATI was recently upgraded by key asset consultants, and in Arpril 2011 was awarded a significant new institiutional mandate.
