Arkx is a Sydney-based boutique investment manager which manages a specialist global clean technology portfolio. Arkx has a three-year plus track record of solid outperformance against the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index (NEX).
Arkx runs a concentrated global portfolio of approximately 20-30 mature listed companies that have proven, profitable technologies. As of May 2011 the average market capitalisation of stocks in the portfolio was US $10.03 billion (median US $2.3 billion).
The Arkx proprietary investment process includes a series of quantitative filters - which ensures a disciplined approach to indentifying an investible universe - and then involves detailed, qualitative, company specific research carried out by an experienced team of analysts.
