Ascalon and its partner firms offer dealer groups, high net worth investors and retail investors some of the most innovative managed funds in Australia.
It's our core belief that specialised investment management firms are the best equipped to offer truly differentiated investment strategies. These are strategies which are not necessarily restricted to a given benchmark, and are absolute return and/or high conviction in nature.
All of our retail funds offer daily unit pricing and daily liquidity.
Ascalon aims to be the premium provider of funds which offer a hedge, or have a low correlation to traditional long only portfolios. We also provide funds that target higher levels of outperformance.
Ascalon's partner firms are majority owned by the investment managers. Our managers typically have their own funds/superannuation invested in their own strategies.
Ascalon is 100% owned by the Westpac Banking Corporation. It provides a range of strategic and support services to these managers, including board representation.
